PATTERNS INTERRUPTED
At times, we find ourselves navigating through life on autopilot. Many of our actions and thoughts have become so ingrained that we struggle to pause and question why we continuously engage in repetitive behavior. These repetitions often provide comfort, a sense of familiarity, and even a certain level of enjoyment. However, I find greater pleasure in those brief interludes amidst our fast-paced thinking—the moments of inner bliss. It is during these imperfect yet harmonious instances that everything aligns, and we catch ourselves liberating from the patterns we've formed. "Patterns interrupted" invites us to approach these repetitions with humility and gentleness, allowing us to observe them consciously and ultimately break free.
